Meet Adriane
Womb Keeper | Pelvic Care Practitioner
My path to this work is deeply personal. For most of my life, I lived in stress, urgency, and survival mode. I suffered through infertility and miscarriage, going to doctors who could not give me any answers. I was depressed, living in total disconnect from my body. Those experiences shape how I show up in this work, how I listen to bodies, and how I honor each woman’s unique pace.

I offer Whole Woman Whole Pelvic Care to support women's reproductive and sexual health. I work slowly and intentionally, with my full presence. I follow the wisdom of a woman’s body rather than imposing an agenda or pushing for outcomes. I tend the body in a way that creates the conditions where the body can feel safe enough to rest, unwind, respond and physically rearrange.

This work is profoundly meaningful to me, and it is my highest honor to hold women in this way.

Whatever brings you here, you will be met as a whole woman, not a diagnosis.

Our bodies are shaped not only by injury, pregnancy, or surgery, but also by the experiences we carry. Stress, grief, trauma, loss, and even the demands of everyday life can become reflected in the way we breathe, move, posture, and inhabit our bodies. Over time, these adaptations can influence pelvic health, just as the health of the pelvis influences the rest of the body.

What is Whole Woman Whole Pelvic Care?

Whole Woman Whole Pelvic Care is slow, ceremonial, hands-on work that follows the biological pace of a woman's tissues and nervous system rather than a set protocol.

The pelvis does not exist in isolation from the rest of the woman. The way a woman stands, breathes, moves, rests, makes love, experiences pleasure, responds to stress, and inhabits her body is all connected to the health and function of her pelvis. The pelvis is influenced by the feet and legs, hips and spine, belly and diaphragm, breasts and neck, as well as the nervous system and the experiences held within the body.

This is why symptoms cannot be treated in isolation.

When one area of the body becomes stressed, other parts often step in to compensate. The body adapts in intelligent ways to keep us moving through life. Sometimes those adaptations remain long after they are needed, becoming patterns held within the tissues. Over time, these patterns can influence how the pelvis moves, how the organs are supported, how the tissues feel, and how a woman experiences herself in her body.

Through listening touch, I work with the body as an interconnected whole—not simply the place where a symptom happens to appear. I tend to the external and internal tissues, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and bones that support the health and function of the pelvis, while also honoring the breath, nervous system, emotions, and experiences that are part of a woman's embodied experience.

The body does not unwind when it is rushed. It unwinds when it feels safe.

This work is intentionally slow. Rather than forcing the body into a particular position or trying to make something happen, I listen for what the tissues are communicating and allow the body to respond in its own time. Full consent before tending each area of the body is essential.

For some women, the changes that unfold through this work can feel profound—sometimes even miraculous. What begins as a subtle shift in the body can ripple outward into how a woman feels, moves, rests, connects, experiences pleasure, and inhabits her life.
